I can help you get setup to tow with a 2022 Honda Odyssey. In order to tow a utility trailer, you will need a hitch receiver and a 4-way wiring harness, and a ball mount.
The hitch receiver that I recommend is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2", part # e98855. It has a maximum tongue weight of 525 lbs and maximum gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs.
Once the hitch receiver has been installed, you will need a wiring harness. The wiring harness that I recommend is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with Upgraded Circuit Protected ModuLite HD Module - 4-Way Flat, part # 118781. This is a custom wiring harness that plugs into your existing hardware, so you will not have to any cutting, splicing, or tapping required. After this wiring harness has been installed, your trailer will be able to mirror your Honda Odyssey's brake lights, turn signals, and running lights.
The ball mount I recommend is the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500 lbs, part # 989900. The nice thing about this ball mount is that it comes with the most common rise/drops.
I have included product description links and video installation links below.
