Recommendation of Weight Distribution Hitch with Anti Sway and Compatibility with Multiple Trailers

Question:

I am looking at renting multiple trailers over time to see what is the biggest trailer I can safely tow with my 2019 Toyota Highlander SUV. Unfortunately, most renters of the smaller trailers do not offer a Weight Distribution Hitch w/anti sway as they say it is not necessary with the lighter trailer. Question: is it feasible for me to purchase a generic Weight Distribution Hitch w/ anti sway and with owners permission, attach to each trailer I rent ultimately using it on the trailer I end up buying for myself. Typically how long does it take to install/remove one these clamp on units again, assuming owner agrees to it

Depending on the trim level, a properly equipped 2019 Toyota Highlander can haul up to 5,000 lbs. I think you have a good plan and suggest the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control, # BLU36FR for up to 6K GTW and 600 lbs. TW. This is an easy installation and set-up but provides a valuable enhancement to safety. This has no-drill, clamp-on brackets that are powder coated. This is a complete system that includes the head assembly, adjustable shank, hitch ball, spring bars, sway control L-brackets, lift lever, pin and clip, and all necessary hardware. It fits 2" x 2"Ttrailer hitch receivers rated for use with weight distribution systems. Please verify that the hitch you have installed on your 2019 Toyota Highlander is rated for a WDS.
