I would be happy to help you find some spare parts for your 2009 RV Jayco Recon ZX M-39 A. It sounds like you need brake assemblies, brake drums, leaf springs, and equalizers.
For your brake assemblies I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K item # AKEBRK-7-SA. These brake assemblies come as a pair so you will need one set for each braking axle your trailer has.
For hub and drum assemblies I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7K lb E-Z Lube Axle - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 - 1/2" Studs item # 42866UC3-EZ. The hub and drum assembly are sold individually. You will need to purchase two for each axle you have. The kit comes with all the bearings, seals, and races but in case you ever need to replace them, the replacement bearing kit for the hub and drum is the Bearing Kit, 14125A/ 25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal item # BK3-200.
I was able to make recommendations for your brakes, hubs, and drums. However, I am going to need some more information to recommend leaf springs and equalizers. I will need you to measure from the center bolt hole of the front hanger to the bolt hole in the middle of the the second hanger. Then the bolt hole from the second hanger to the bolt hole of the third hanger. And finally the bolt hole of the third hanger to the bolt hole of the rear hanger. I will also need the spacing between bolt holes on both equalizers. I have attached a diagram to detail what measurements are needed for the equalizers.
