For your application I recommend installing the Thule 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420 and Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 on your 2007 Toyota Sequoia. This is one of the nicer roof rack systems on the market as it's really easy to install and the rubber strip on the top makes it really simple to use T-Slot accessories.
Then if you're wanting to use a cargo basket I recommend checking out the Inno Shaper 100 # INXA569 if you want something smaller that mounts using the T-Slot, or the Inno Roof Deck Platform Rack # INA520 if you're looking for a larger unit. Both options are made of aluminum which means they will be lighter than other racks their size and they will do much better at resisting the elements than the plain steel options.
I'm attaching some videos of the Inno baskets for you to check out.
