The Best Weight Distribution System for 9,400 lbs Travel Trailer
Question:
Hi there looking at a travel trailer 9400 total weight and tongue weight 862. I really would have much cargo weight as it is an Escalade and not a pickup truck. What size of distribution hitch would work the best for that combination. We have been using paper plates etc for years to keep the weight down. Thank you

I have a great system for you and it will really work well with your new travel trailer. It is the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System item # BXW1000. This system will be perfect for your needs. It has a 10,000 lbs towing capacity and a 1,000 lbs maximum tongue weight. The shank has a 8" rise and a 2" drop to ensure your trailer is as level as possible with your Escalade. The Blue Ox SwayPro has clamp on brackets so you will not have to drill into your new trailer to install the system. I have linked a couple of videos for you.
