Replacement Left Hand Configuration Entry Door Latch and Lock
Question:
If I’m facing the entry door from the outside the hinges are on the left side of the door so I never a latch lock on the right side of the door and I’m having trouble finding one.

I think what you are stating is that all the latches you have looked at for your entry door operate the opposite of what you need for your application. I suggest you consider the Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock for Travel Trailer w Keyed Alike Option that comes in a right hand configuration, # 295-000183 and a left hand configuration, # 295-000185.
These use the same cut out as standard travel trailer locks, 3-3/4" tall x 2-3/4" wide. This is a dual lock that lets you lock only the exterior handle, or both the exterior handle and keypad while the interior handle remains unlocked for emergency exit.
