Tow Bar Lighting Solution for 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Question:

I wish to flat tow a Jeep 4xe vehicle behind my RV so that the bus provides power to the turn and brake lights as well as charge amperage to the vehicle itself. 1 Does the appropriate wiring harness exist yet, and 2 will this harness allow for the 7-pin? to charge the main batteries in the jeep?

For tow bar lighting/wiring for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited the Roadmaster kit part # RM-152-98146-7 would be a really great option. There isn't a plug and play option for your vehicle at this time, but that's not a very common option for vehicles so using a diode kit like this is the most common way. The adapter cable that connects between the tow vehicle and towed vehicle uses a 7-way to a 6-way which you can pass through the charge circuit with. So on your vehicle you'd just need to install the # RM-156-25 which would run from the vehicle battery to the trailer connector and you'd be set.
