To flat tow your 2021 Jeep Cherokee behind your motorhome, there are a few components of flat towing you will need. They are a tow bar for your motorhome, base plate kit for your towed vehicle, supplemental braking system, safety cables, wiring and, possibly, a high-low adapter.
I will give my recommendations on the best match for each component for your flat towing needs.
For tow bar, I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-522. I recommend the Falcon because it has cable guides that protect wires and safety cables from getting damaged or tangled.
For base plate kit, I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms
# RM-521452-5. I recommend this kit because the drawbars are removable to give you a clean look when they are removed.
The supplemental braking system I recommend is the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional # BLU37TR. I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot because it is portable and easy to move from vehicle to vehicle.
Safety cables and wiring - RoadMaster Falcon 2 and Falcon All-Terrain Combo Towing Kit with Straight Wiring
# RM-9243-1. This kit includes all the wiring and safety cables you need.
You may also need a high-low adapter to your Cherokee into the "Safe Zone" when hooked to your tow bar. I have included a link to help you determine the if you need a high-low adapter and a link to help you pick the one you need.
I also included a link to an article explaining the flat tow components to better explain it.
