Replacement Hitch Adapter for Yakima Ridgeback 4 Made After 2016

Hi there, I bought one of these used and it turns out I need some parts for it to work for a 2” hitch. I got a new speed knob, but it appears I need the shank as well since there is a part missing that attaches to the wedge on the speedknob is missing. My question is how do know whether it was made before or after 2015 as per the different part numbers for the new shank? I’ve added a couple pictures that I hope will help. Thanks!

I can tell by the frame cradles in the picture of your Yakima Ridgeback 4 # Y02458 that your bike was made after 2016 so that means the correct 2 inch adapter with wedge is the part # 8880612.

What you are looking for is the 2 inch hitch adapter for the Ridgeback which for that you'd need the part #8880612.

You'll need the Yakima #Y07235 hitch pin. From what I can tell, it looks like that's the only thing that's missing from your rack.

Does your Ridgeback have an option for two hitch pin holes? If so it's the newer design 1-1/4 inch to 2 inch adapter you need is the part #8880612. We don't offer the older style anymore.
