Can I Turn the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18151 Into A Swing Away Carrier?
Question:
Is there an attachment etc. that you would recommend to make this cargo carrier a swinging cargo carrier? For example, I would like for it to swing out so I could access the back of a 2016 Ford Expedition Max.

Yes, there is an attachment that will allow the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18151 to swing away from your vehicle tp access the trunk of your 2016 Ford Expedition. I recommend adding the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches, part # Y02483, to this setup. The addition of this item will allow your CurtCargo Carrier to swing away by 180°. Please keep in mind that anytime you add an adapter you will reduce your maximum hitch tongue weight by 50%.
I have included a product description link and video review links below.
