Though I am unaware of an adapter for the hand-free liftgate on your 2022 Honda Odyssey, I can absolutely say that you will not lose this feature after installing a hitch, like the Curt # C13370. With that being said, directly in the center of the bumper will no longer work to open it as this is where the receiver opening will be, but you will just need to find the sweet spot on either side that trips the sensor and activates the liftgate. It will take a couple times to get used to, but then it will be second nature you wont even remember the difference.
As a side note, if you were going to be towing with the # 76170, you will also need some wiring. If this is the case, I highly recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118781. This is a plug and play harness that will take little to no time to get installed and working.
