Yes, the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # C16130 will be compatible with your 2001 Ford F-250, as long as you have industry standard rails, like the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford F250 and F350 - Carbide Finish # C16443-204 in your truck.
If you need a wiring harness, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long # C56000 will be a fit for your F-250.
The Curt Q20 will not be compatible with rotating pin boxes. If you do have a rotating pin box, then the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115 will be a great option. You'll also need a wedge, part # RP64FR, to keep the king pin from rotating inside the hitch.
