The GasStop RV Propane Emergency Shut-Off Safety Valve - POL Connection # GS84FR will definitely work on a 100lb propane cylinder. The only issue you could face is the connection fitting. This gauge is designed to attach via a POL fitting (pictured below). Most 100lb RV tanks and your typical 20, 30, and 60lb tanks all use this type of fitting but it's always best to check what you have before purchasing. The male POL fitting of this gauge is going to screw into the connection point on your tank and has a female POL fitting for your line to connect to.
