The Roadmaster Base Plate Kit, # 1444-3 is a great option for a direct-connect base plate. These direct-connect brackets install onto your Jeep Wrangler's frame to provide attachment points for a motor-home-mounted tow bar.
What type Roadmaster tow-bar you have needs to be identified for accurate recommendation. If it is a crossbar type, I suggest the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit, # RM-521448-4.
In addition you will need supplemental braking and a wiring solution for your indicator lights. I suggest the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO, # SM99251 which is a great option and one of our installers favorite. One of the below videos is of this kit being installed in a similar Wrangler as yours.
The most common lighting option we recommend is, # RM-15267 which will work well. You also will need the brake light relay, # RM-88400.
