Backlighting of the Jensen RV Stereo JWM60A
Question:
I was pushing buttons while trying to connect to phone via bluetooth. In the process I dimmed the display completely. I have tried pushing the factory reset button but did not help. Can you give me any direction on how to get the lighting back? If I have to buy a new one would the existing wiring plug work in the new Jensen connector?

You linked to the Jensen RV Stereo, # JWM60A on the website, for this model there is a bright Up/Down button in the upper left of the stereo. Please note the linked manual below. This should resolve your issue without need to purchase anything.
If you do choose to purchase a new stereo, yes the existing wiring will work if you select a new version of the current.
