B&W Companion Hitch Set-Up For 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Regular Bed
Question:
I have a 2013 Chevy 2500HD crew cab with the 6.5ft bed. Wondering what I would all need to install the bw companion hitch in my truck? I just bought a 2017 Palomino Puma 259-rbss. Would you recommend a slider hitch? Thanks

Yes, you will need a sliding hitch considering the size of your bed. The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W you referenced is the correct hitch for your vehicle. You will also need a Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1012-5W.
Finally, you will need some wiring, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness 7-Pole # C56000 is a great option and will plug into your existing 7 pole to and re-route it to the bed of your truck for ease of access.
