Will the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 Work on My 2004 Nissan Frontier XE Crew Cab

I already have a 4 flat plug on my Nissan for my boat trailer. Would this brake control work for my truck to pull a trailer with electric brakes? Can I do the install myself and if so what is the instructions?

Yes, the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7 will connect to your existing 4-way flat and install a electric trailer brake controller.
I have attached a link to the installation details, a video of an installation and a diagram of the wiring. I certainly think it is possible to do the installation.
If you need a brake controller, I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 3 Axles - Proportional # RED44FR. I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro because it doesn't have the bulky brake controller under your dash, but a small knob that will mount on your dash or console.
