Roof Rack Recommendation for 2016 Honda CR-V for Roofnest Sparrow Tent

I want to install a Roofnest Sparrow into my Honda CRV 2016. I do not have anything mounted on the roof of my car now, what do you recommend? And, do you think the Roofnest will interfere with the antenae?

To install a rooftop tent like the Roofnest Sparrow you mentioned on your 2016 Honda CR-V you'd need to install a roof rack.
