Is there any manufacturer information or part numbers on the remaining portion of the vent? Having that information is the easiest way to determine the correct replacement vent cover. Having a photo of the remaining portion of your vent might also be helpful.
If this information is unavailable, the next best way to find the proper replacement is to match up the hinge of the remaining portion of the vent with style of hinge on the replacement lids. If your existing vent has a three narrow tab hinge and a 14-1/4 x 14-1/4 rough opening, the # BVD0449-A01 lid you referenced will work for you. If the existing vent has the same sized rough opening but uses one continuous hinge, the BV0554-01 would be the correct replacement.
If you could reply with photos or any manufacturer or model number information from your existing vent, I might be able to narrow down a replacement cover for you.
