I can help you out with how to determine the correct hub and drum for your trailer, though I was unable to identify that part number. In order to find the correct replacement, there's a number of things you will need to know, starting with the weight rating of your axle. Since you mentioned you have a 10 inch drum, it is likely a 3,500 lb axe, though I do recommend verifying this.
That said, the most important thing you'll need to find out is what bearings your current hub has. You will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use digital caliper and measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
For example, the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K uses inner bearing L68149 (1.378" inner diameter), outer bearing L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) and a grease seal with a 1.719" inner diameter.
If you get back to me with this information I'd be happy to try and help you find the correct hub; I have also added a link below to our entire selection of 3.500 lb hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern for you to come back to.
