IS UNDER BED MOUNTS WITH TURN OVER BALL AND BandW CHAMPION SLIDER HITCH A PROPER SET UP

I have a solution for you, but the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W is unfortunately not compatible with a Curt turn over ball like the one in your truck.
What you'll want to do is use Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # C16210 which will provide you with more standard base rails that are compatible with most fifth wheel hitches.
A 5th wheel hitch that will mount to # C16210 is the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R24 Slider # C16566, which is a heavy duty hitch that has a 2 jaw locking system and feature smooth 360 movement, and a non-binding slider.
