From everything I could find out about the 2019 Toyota Tundra, there will be no plug under the dash if the trailer towing package was not equipped from the manufacturer. This is why we do not list any plug in options for this year and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend an in the cab type unit, like the Tekonsha P3 # 90195.
Though you may need to replace a few fuses and relays to activate the everything on the 7 Way, see your owner's manual for which fuses, you can use something like the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180. All this needs is a working 7 Way and a smartphone for the initial set up and then the Manual Override Button # C83HR as an add on I always recommend with this controller.
