Question:
I have a 2011 Silverado 1500 lt 4x4 with 5.3L that we pull a 2 horse trailer with, what is the difference between the the TGMRCK15S and TGMRCK15S-M2 and which would be the correct one to use?

Expert Reply:
The correct Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System for your 2011 Chevy Silverado is Timbren # TGMRCK15S. This will fit as long as you have not altered the height of your vehicles factory suspension and your truck is not the XFE model.
Timbren offers the # TGMRCK15S-M2 for the owners who have lowered their truck. M2 is the factory designation for minus 2.
I have attached a FAQ article covering Timbren suspension enhancement systems. I have also attached a brief installation video on a 2011 Silverado.
Please note that suspension enhancement products such as this Timbren Kit do not increase the carrying capacity of your vehicle.
