Blue Ox Patriot Braking System Causing Towed Vehicle Brakes to Drag
Question:
Blue ox remote broke and RV was dragging I understand you can run braking system with put remote . how do you set pressure and assure it is connected with out remote. When we tried without remote we got dragging.

Have you tried unplugging the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR for a bit and then going through the push-button setup process again? If not, I would definitely go ahead and do this as that should get everything ironed out as far as operation goes. This would be a good time to double check the connections and to make sure that the brake system is positioned properly as well.
While the Patriot 3 can be used without the RF remote, I do recommend getting a new one from Blue Ox so that you have a visual on what is going on with your towed vehicle braking.
