If you are planning on using the B&W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3370 on your 2021 Ford F-350 (6-3/4 ft. bed), you will either need to remove or cut out the space in the bed liner where the hitch installs in order for it to have complete contact with the truck bed surface; you could also switch to a spray-in liner if you wanted to make sure you had something there for when your hitch wasn't installed.
The reasoning behind this is that the plastic bed liner is prone to moving around which could cause damage to the bolts that attach into the OEM puck system on your 2021 Ford F-350. Additionally, there could be issues that keep the bolts from tightening to the required torque specifications.
