I’m replacing old, leaking pigtails on my travel trailer and am wondering how the length of these are measured. The one I have now is about 12” of hose but is a little over 14” with the ends included.

The overall length from end to end of the MB Sturgis Propane Hose Assembly, # 100473-12, is slightly greater than 12". However, once the 1/4" MPT is threaded into the regulator and the RV Type 1, with back check valve, is connected to the propane supply, you will have a bout 12" of length between regulator and valve connection. Providing about the same as you have with current hose.
