Best Rack For Pace Edwards Ultragroove On A 2004 Ford F-150 Short Box

I have a 2021 F-150 with 56inch bed with a Pace Edwards Ultragroove Metal tonneau cover and am trying to find the best possible bed rack to mount into my tonneau cover. Im very interested in the Yakima Overhaul, but their tonneau kit apparently is not compatible with 2004+ F-150s for an undisclosed reason. What is the best, money-no-object option for me? Separately, will Putco Tec Rails mount to my truck with the tonneau cover installed?

We have a few options that will work with your Pace Edwards Ultragroove tonneau cover on your 2004 Ford F-150 short box. The EL200 Ladder Rack for Pace Edwards UltraGroove Tonneau Covers # 311-ELF0301 will work for you and can carry up to 200lbs above the cab. This kit also comes with 2 bars and 4 high towers.

However, If you aren't interested in that, the best option in my opinion, is the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover # Y01151-5855 due to it's 11" adjustability and it's 500lbs maximum carrying capacity on road, and 300lbs off road carry capacity; Additionally, this cover also fits with your Pace Edwards Ultragroove tonneau cover.

I called PUTCO customer service and got through to someone who explained many soft tonneau and rollup tonneau covers work, however they couldn't confirm if it'd work for you or not.
