The only difference between the B and W Companion hitches # BWRVK3305 and # BWRVK3300 is the available weight capacity. The # BWRVK3305 has a maximum vertical weight capacity of 5,000 pounds and a maximum gross towing weight capacity of 20,000 pounds. As far as the # BWRVK3300, that hitch has a maximum vertical weight capacity of 6,250 and a maximum gross towing weight capacity of 25,000 pounds. Both of these hitches will fit your 2022 Ford F-450 with OEM prep.
