5th Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 Truck

Which 5th wheel hitch is recommended for my 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 with pucks towing 2021 Grand Design Reflection? I like the B&W, but is there anything else that's good quality that isn't so expensive? What else would I need?

The B&W Companion like # BWRVK3710 is a great product, but we do have some less expensive but still high quality options that would work just great for you.
Curt makes some outstanding 5th wheel hitch products, such as their A Series. The A Series uses a unique interlocking jaw system that holds the king pin completely around its 360° circumference which provides a more comfortable ride. The hitch head is dampened which helps isolate the tow vehicle from some of the road shock experienced by the 5th wheel.
Since your Grand Design Reflection weighs less than 20K, I'd go with a 20K capacity hitch so you'd have a little room for growth if you decided to go with a larger 5th wheel in the future. If you have a short bed truck, you'd want to use the sliding version of the Curt A20, which is part # C16541, you'll also need the rail/adapter kit which is part # C88KR. If you have a long bed truck, you'll be able to use the stationary model, part # C84FR which would drop directly into the in-bed pucks with no rail adapter needed.
If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, you can do so using part # C56000.
