I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package, # BWRVK3305. This hitch is designed to attach to the receivers in your factory 5th-wheel towing prep package. B&W probably manufacturers one of the best available products on the market today. The 1" thick jaw on the Companion OEM is precision machined to provide a tight, sturdy connection with superior powder coating. All made right here in the USA with materials sourced from here as well.
For gooseneck towing with your 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty, I recommend using the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061. With this kit, all of the internal and external components are plated or made from stainless steel to protect from corrosion. This means that you don't have to worry about rust or corrosion for a long time. This kit is also made in the USA and has a max towing rating of 30,000 lbs. Please note however that even though these have a 30K weight rating you do need to refer to your specific vehicles specs when towing.
