Can I Wire A Holding Tank Heater Into A Cigarette Lighter

Can this be wired to a standard 12v cigarette plug as in attached picture. My conversion unit has multiple spare 12v sockets available

Yes you can wire the ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank or Step Heater Pad w/ Thermostat - 25" Long x 7-1/4" Wide
Item # 277-000163 into a cigarette plug.
The red wire is for power the white wire is for the ground.
