It sounds like you're searching for the parts needed to add a charge line for when you're flat towing your 2022 Buick Encore GX. To accomplish this I recommend using the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 and the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 which will connect to the center pin on the 6-Way socket that comes with the wiring kit. If you need to add the 12V power to your RV side then you'll also need the kit # RM-156-75.
I took a look at the online owner's manual for your vehicle and I did notice a few things that I wanted to bring to light. The first is that you're only supposed to flat tow if you have the All-Wheel-Drive version of the 2022 Encore GX, and the second is that you'll actually need to disconnect the battery when you're flat towing. If you'd like to make this a little easier then you can use the Auto Battery Disconnect Kit # RM-766 to make disconnecting your battery as simple as pushing a button...no, literally that's all it takes with this kit installed. The disconnect kit can be installed at the same as the charge line kit.
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
