As long as the side-view mirrors on your 2013 Ford Edge have a gap between the mirror and the mirror housing, the CIPA Clip-On Universal Towing Mirrors, # 7070, will fit. This is a universal mirror that was designed to fit many different mirror styles and after doing some research on your vehicle, I do not believe you will have any problems with this mirror. These mirrors have clips that will grip the mirror housing and secure to the mirror using rubber straps.
Another mirror that you may be interested in is the CIPA Deluxe Door Mount Mirror, # 11650. This mirror will be much larger and more noticeable on your car, but my coworker tested many of our universal towing mirrors, including these 2 mirrors, and found that the door mount mirror had the least amount of vibration when towing.
I have attached installation videos of both mirrors for you to check out and compare.
