Will the Rhino-Rack 2500 Roof Rack # DS1375B Bolt Into My Fixed Mounting Points on My 2018 Kia Soul?

Hi, I have a 2018 Kia Soul turbo no sunroof. It does have channels with four mount points for roof bars. The points are covered. Will these roof bars fit using the Souls built in mount points? I dont want to be clamping bars to the roof. Thanks

We carry a great roof rack system that will allow you to use your fixed mounting points on your 2018 Kia Soul. However, unfortunately, the Rhino-Rack 2500 Roof Rack DS1375B does not bolt into your fixed mounting points. The way they attach is by tightening down on the clamps that extend down and tighten into your door jamb.

If you have flush rails with your fixed mounting points, I recommend the following setup:

- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 47" Long # TH711220
- Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars - Fixed Point # TH460R
- Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet - 4051 # THKIT4051

With this roof rack setup, you will get a maximum weight capacity of 110 pounds. I recommend that you consult your owner's manual on your vehicle to make sure your roof can handle that much weight. The WingBar Evo system will bolt right into your four mounting locations on your roof. I went ahead and attached an installation video on a 2017 model to show how it will fit your vehicle.

If you have a bare roof with fixed mounting points, I recommend this setup:

With the Yakima setup, you will have a roof rack weight capacity of 165 pounds. Just like the Thule system, it is important to consult with your owner's manual to make sure your roof can hold that much weight. The Yakima system will bolt right into your roof's mounting points.
