New Lance 1995 - against 2000 Tundra SR5 extra cab 4WD w/ towing and off road pkg, new Trunnion e2 WDH w/ sway bars - less than 1 inch rear , new shocks and tires, 216000 miles. There are a few possible causes for the bouncing you are getting on cement roads while having a smooth ride on smooth asphalt.
First would be is your Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch rated too high for your trailer, an overrated system will be very stiff and any little bump will be amplified.
Second is it really depends on how rough the cement road is. A correctly setup weight distribution hitch will still amplify how much bouncing you feel compared to your standard truck.
I was unable to find any order linked to your email so if you can reply back with which specific hitch you have, and the total tongue weight of your setup I would be happy to go into more specifics. Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your 2000 Toyota Tundra.
