Yes, you can install the Prodigy P3 # 90195 on your RV on a 2020 Freightliner XC chassis with a factory 7 way, but there is not a plug and play wiring harness available so it must be hard wired. You'll need a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 to determine the functions of the wiring you're attaching to and you also need some heat shrink butt connectors like the Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector - 12-10 Gauge - Nylon Insulation - Yellow - Qty 5 # DW05745-5 to make your connections.
If you wanted to avoid the hard wiring of a controller into the cab of the RV then I recommend using a wireless brake controller like the Curt Echo # C51180, which simply plugs into the 7 way connector on your Class A and provides you with the same proportional braking you'll get from the Prodigy P3. The Echo is controlled by any smart phone that uses Android 4.4 or newer, or iOS 8.0 or newer and works with single or tandem axle trailers. This would be a good alternative if you're wanting something easy to install, or might need a brake controller for multiple vehicles, since the Echo can be installed on any vehicle with a fully functional 7 way connector.
I've linked some review and installation videos for you to check out, as well.
