Best Hitch Option For 2020 Mazda CX-5
Question:
I need a 2" hitch for my 2020 Mazda CX-5 for a platform type 4 bike rack. Which is better the Curt C13315 or the Draw-Tite 76138?

Other than the difference in brand/manufacturer, the Curt # C13315 and the Draw-Tite # 76138 for your 2020 Mazda CX-5 are rather close to each other in specs. Between the two options I do recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13315 because the hitch itself is made in the USA and appear to have a superior powder coating process that seems to last a lot longer. Each has a Class III rating.
There is a difference in the tongue weight rating of each with the Draw-Tite # 76138 maxing at 675 lbs. while the Curt # C13315 is at 600 lbs. However, because your 2020 Mazda CX-5 has a 350 pounds tongue weight with 4,000 pounds towing weight capacity, each option exceeds the maximum rating of the vehicle it will be mounted to.
Both are custom fit and designed specifically for the Mazda CX-5 with a bolt-on installation and no welding required. All hardware included and with an estimated installation time of just under hour for each option. Both currently have a customer rating of 4.9 from several hundred reviews each.
