There is a trailer hitch available for your 2020 Subaru Crosstrek with a hidden cross-tube design. The EcoHitch # 306-X7365 can be completely out of sight when not in use, the hitch's cross tube bolts onto your vehicle's frame, behind the rear bumper without drilling or welding required. The cross-tube, once installed is not visible but the receiver is if left in place. However, you can remove the receiver portion of the hitch for a completely out-of-sight setup. This has a max tongue weight of 525 lbs. so this will cover your Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack, # NV22B.

I do however want to point out the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13382 that has similar specs of 525 lbs of TW to carry your bike and rack but is a lower price point. This option too will bolt onto your Subaru Crosstrek's frame without requiring any drilling or welding. It will not have the removeable receiver feature but take look at the attached image to see if it sticks out the back too far to be unsightly.
