Ram Jack Stopped Working but Light Still Comes On

Question:

The RAM jack on our 2019 Rockwood Minilite stopped working, as described in the previous post, however, the light still works. We ordered a replacement switch for etrailer about 4 months ago. The jack worked for a few trips. It not longer works. The fuse is fine. The light still works. Please advise.

It's possible the switch has failed again but if you bypass the switch and apply power directly to the motor, you can rule this out. If the switch is bad again then you can use part # EJ-3520-PSW but if the jack does not work when there is direct power applied that means the motor is bad and the entire jack would have to be replaced with the Electric Jack w/ Footplate part # EJ-3520-BBX.
