Will the Curt C13397 fit the 2021 touring hybrid CRV? I see it has been installed on 2021 CRV hybrids but not mention as to which model

We do have a hitch that will fit your vehicle but the Curt # C13397 is not a confirmed fit for your 2021 Honda CR-V Touring Hybrid
The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 306-X7345 is the only option compatible with the Touring trim. It has a maximum tongue weight of 525 lbs and gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs just like the Curt. It also has a concealed cross tube which helps provide a factory look.
If you plan on doing some towing, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118741 for wiring. For a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
