We do have a couple options for you, but the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT36MR will not fit your 2021 Ram 2500 with the diesel engine.
First is the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31089 which I recommend as it is the easiest to install. This receiver is 500lbs of tongue weight, 5,000lbs trailer weight and is capable of a 9,000lb line pull if you are needing it for a winch. There is no drilling required to mount this receiver but it will involve some trimming of the front air dam/fascia.
We also have the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH37FR for your Ram. This installation will involve a little more difficulty as it will sit higher on the fascia of your bumper. This will be your best option if you are concerned about ground clearance. This receiver is rated for 1000lbs of tongue weight, 3,500lbs trailer weight and is capable of a 10,000lb line pull.
