Best Trailer Hitch Receiver and 4-Way Wiring Harness For a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas

What is your best receiver that you have for my 2021 VW Atlas? I will also need the wiring harness for towing a small trailer.

For your 2021 Volkswagen Atlas I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76176. This will only fit all trims with the exception of the Cross Sport. This is a class III receiver that has a 2" opening with a maximum tongue weight rating of 900lbs and maximum trailer towing capacity of 6,000lbs. Be sure to not exceed the maximum tow rating given by Volkswagen for your Atlas.

The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118754 is the wiring harness that I recommend using on your Atlas. Again this will fit all trims with the exception being the Cross Sport. It will connect to your factory tail light connections on your Atlas so that there is no splicing into the factory wiring. The Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58001 is a great way to secure the 4-way connector to your Atlas so that it will not drag on the ground.
