The B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler 10" Offset - 24,000 lbs # BWTEXA4200 is designed to fit in a standard 4" inner diameter outer tube. A Reese Goose Box, like the # RP85FR, is designed completely differently so they cannot be used together. However, if you are needing more space between the front of your 5th wheel and the back of your trucks cab, I may have another option available.
The Andersen Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter # AM3139 will attach directly to a standard, non-cushioned king pin and has 8 inches of offset as well. This is also rated up to 24,000 pounds so you wouldn't be losing any capacity by going with something like this.
If you already have the Goose Box though and need a Gooseneck Hitch, I highly recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRK1320. This require no drilling into the frame for the install kit, but you will need to drill into the bed for the ball. This will also work on long and short beds, but if you have the short bed, you can add the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # BWGNXA4085 for a bit more room.
