Is Bulldog 4K Capacity Electric Trailer Jack Weatherproof
Question:
Is the jack weatherproof? Installed beautifully on my 37foot keystone, but Im worried about how the electrical components in the head will survive outside.

Expert Reply:
The Bulldog # BD500199 jack is indeed weatherproof, it is specifically designed to withstand the elements that would be encountered when it's installed on the A-frame tongue of a cargo or utility trailer or a camper.
We do offer a protective cover as part # UF38-944020. I wouldn't recommend using the cover while you're underway on the road, but when the trailer is sitting or is being stored, a durable cover would do a great job of further protecting your jack from the elements.
