How To Use Saris Bones EX 2 Bike Rack With Only One Bike
Question:
Hello! I have a question. I have a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I understand that this rack will fit my car with the spoiler. If I am hauling one bike, where do I position it, closer to the car or farther back? And will the spoiler sustain the weight?

In regards to the Saris Bones EX 2 Bike Rack part # SAR83FR, if you're only carrying one bike it would need to be placed in the cradles closest to the vehicle. In regards to use with a spoiler, it doesn't actually put pressure on the spoiler although the straps may still come into contact. There will be no issues with spoiler use if factory and listed as a confirmed fit.
