Troubleshooting A Furrion Fireplace That Won't Turn On

Furion fireplace has no power. How do I get behind it to check plug?

To remove your Furrion RV Electric Fireplace with Crystals - 30" Wide # FF30SC15ABL from the wall you will need to lift the glass and pull it towards you to remove it from the fireplace. You'll then find 4 larger sized square openings in the fireplace which will have the mounting screws holding the fireplace to the wall in.

Once you have the screws out and the fireplace removed from the wall wait 15 minutes for the fireplace to fully reset and then you can try plugging it into another outlet and seeing if it works. If it does then your outlet is the problem and you'll need to check the wire for any breaks or loose connections. If it does not work then wait you'll need to replace the control board of your fireplace, which you'll have to reach out to the manufacturer for.
