The Axle bracket on # RM-1139-170 has an overall length of 5-1/2" and a width of 2". I also got the overall depth at 1-1/2" and the distance between mounting holes center on center is 4 inches.
The bushing bracket/shackle has an overall length of 5-1/2". The width of the shackle is 1-1/2" and width of the blue bushing is 2". The diameter of the bushing hole is 1-1/8", the length of the blue part is 2 inches where the shackle slides over and the distance between mounting holes center on center is 4 inches.
It does matter where the bushings are mounted on the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-170, the bushings are meant to mount about center on the flat section of the sway bar.
