This fits your vehicle and offers compatibility with any standard 5th wheel hitch such as B&W Patriot, Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, and Reese. If you don't already own a compatible 5th wheel hitch then I would go with a sliding hitch so that you have more turning clearance. The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs # BWRVK3270 would be a great option to fit your truck and these base rails.
If you have a factory 7 way then I would add Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long # C56001 to give a nice connection in the bed of the truck for your 5th wheel.
