Gooseneck Trailer Hitch For a 2008 Ford F-350 Long Bed
Question:
I have a 2008 F350 8 foot bed with what appears to be the oem puck system. The 4 holes are roughly 41inch X 21inch on center. I cannot seem to find anything that fits these dimensions. I would like to use a puck adapter for a gooseneck setup.

I also cannot find anything that matches your measurements or connections that you have on your 2008 Ford F-350. This is not an OEM system that you have and almost looks like it was home made.
I recommend removing it and installing the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1108. This will give you the gooseneck connection that you are looking for. Best of all the ball will flip over inside the hitch to give you a clean bed to make loading any materials easier.
If you do need to tow a 5th wheel trailer you can use the B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3500. To use this you remove the turnover ball and drop the 5th wheel hitch into the square hitch slot. It locks in place with the same pin that holds your gooseneck ball in place.
