The Trunx roof top cargo box part # TRX34FR can fit the crossbars of your 2021 Toyota Sienna but you would need to drill new holes in the box unless your crossbars can be placed right at 22 inches.
Basically any roof cargo box will fit your vehicle but if you wanted something a little nicer yet in same price range the Malone Profile18s part # MPG910 would be a really great option. It has a sleaker design, opens from the side, and has easier to use mounting hardware as well.
